Ultimate Beer Run ("the App") is a field sales route optimization tool for beverage sales representatives. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. This is used solely to authenticate you and associate your data with your organization.
Business Data: The App stores account records, visit history, appointments, and route data that you enter. This data is stored securely in your organization's database and is only accessible to members of your organization.
Location: The App requests location access only when you open Maps to navigate to an account. We do not store, track, or transmit your location data.
We use your information exclusively to provide the App's core functionality — building sales routes, managing accounts, and tracking visits. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.
All data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database platform. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. Organization data is isolated — members of one organization cannot access data belonging to another.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email address below.

The App is intended for use by professional adults in the beverage industry. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or by email.
